Sit upright in a comfortable position. Slowly follow your breath. Inhale and exhale at a slow comfortable pace. Visualize the light of a single candle. Allow this gentle flame to softly illuminate your inner wisdom. If you are having a particular challenge allow the light to brighten the darkness surrounding the issue. Stay with your breath and the image until it is fully illuminated. Then slowly let the color drain from the image , leaving only the faintest outline, which will slowly dissolve and dissipate into nothingness. Take a slow deep breath and let go. Feel the breath in through the crown of your head down to the soles of your feet.
Bend forward and shake your arms, relax your neck and shoulders, wiggle your toes and relax back into your comfortable position.
